oh also, another thing, when ppl say a product doesn’t work for them, and they’ve only been using it for a week or two, it means your skin is getting used to the product. so, at first you may break out a little bit.
i agree with this guy. people with acne that use whatever cleanser, creams, etc. gets rid of the problem at first. but it comes back worse. You MUST eat your fruits and vegetables, and take the vitamins you need for the day. exercise regularly as well (at least 3 times a week)
what about Tinea Versicolor or leukoderma and vitiligo it would be great if you could do a video on that thanks

maybe most soaps can be harsh to skin especially for those people who had sensitive skin but there still so be called ” mild soaps” that would be effective to use such as those containing ingredient of Triclosan effective on reducing normal flora bacteria of our skin which so called staphylococcus aureus..that with regards to acne prone problem its effective using mild soaps especially non-allergenic and non-comedogeni kinds, to lessen acne burst up. stil hygiene will be the best solut’n
I will change some of the things in my diet to help the small percentage of excema.
I would not suggest you use soap on your face, most soaps contain sodium lauryl sulfates that will just irritate your skin. Be careful of over treatment with strong cleansers, as these will strip your skin of natural oils, causing excess oil production to replace this. Get more sleep, sunlight, swim in the ocean when you can. use moisturiser without fragrance. Try cetaphil. If you’re female, the contraceptive pill can balance your hormones, but sometimes it just takes growing out of acne…

That is why within the field there is specialization called dermatopathology which deals with the deeper level of skin conditions and these people are in constant contact with each other.

I had insanely bad dandruff as a teen but I grew up in a violent home. Dandruff shampoos made my dandruff much worse. Years later, living by myself with no stress and no abuse or violence, I destressed and my dandruff mysteriously disappeared never to return.

it seems like instead of helping yourself with regards to your dandruff problem it sound you make it more worst., hav you try anti-dundruff shampoos? if yes, but it doesnt work, try to use lactacyd blue..hope it was available in your place..you mentioned you used to consumed a lot of soda instead of water or juice, to tell you the truth, it wont solved your problem but instead you make your health at risk to ulcers caused by increasing hydrochloric acid in ur stomach..
and if you were a girl, stay away make -up, instead use mild powder formula or colored compressed powder..hope it helps
the fact you were prone to acne is that your skin was oily..wash your face with soap or facial wash i recommend to you palmolive brand soaps it can dry your acne gradually, use lotion formula moisturizers instead of creams coz it makes your skin more susceptible to pimple the fact it can clogged your skinpores..and stop touching your face as it was an habbit unless you’re assured that you wash your hands more often..
